- 7 - 14 days prior to embarkation date: 50% charge
- Less than 7 days prior to embarkation date: 100% charge

- Check in on board: 10:00 AM
- Check out: 17:15 PM
- Return Hanoi: 20:15 PM
- Children under 5 years old: The first child is free of charge (sharing service with parents). A fee of VND 200,000 will be charged for each additional child.
- Children from 5 - 11 years old: 75% of adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old: 100% of adult rate.
- Holiday Date Surcharge: Surcharge VND 200,000/pax applies for travel dates on 01/01, Lunar New Year (29/01 to 31/01), 30/04, 01/05, 02/09, 24/12, 31/12

Top-notch facilities and service. We were blown away by the view of Halong bay. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
Totally satisfied with Symphony Halong Cruise. We just had a few hours on the bay but the experiences were excellent. The bay view was breathtaking. The crew was super friendly, especially the guide Tommy. The food was plentiful. So worth it!
